Founder & Head Psychologist 

Ms. Kanchan Gahtori is a counselling psychologist and founder of ReRoute, with over 2.5 years of clinical experience and more than 2,500 hours of therapeutic practice. She offers an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, and relational frameworks. Her work is rooted in creating emotionally safe, ethically grounded spaces for clients to explore healing, growth, and self-awareness.

Ms. Gahtori works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, inner child wounds, attachment difficulties, and life transitions. She specializes in Grief & Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, and Inner Child work using Internal Family System (IFS).

She is also actively involved in the training and mentoring of early-career therapists, having designed and facilitated long-term internships and workshops that have trained over 60 trainee therapists. Her work blends therapeutic insight with practical tools to help individuals cultivate resilience and emotional clarity.

With a strong belief in reflective practice and relational depth, Ms. Gahtori is committed to making mental health support accessible, non-pathologizing, and deeply human.

Ms. Aashima Chhatwal

Clinical Psychologist

Ms. Aashima Chhatwal is a licensed clinical psychologist accredited by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), with over five years of experience in delivering evidence-based psychological care. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and personality disorders.

She is highly skilled in psychological assessments, including personality evaluations, neuropsychological testing, and diagnostic profiling, using standardized tools to inform targeted interventions. In therapy, Ms. Chhatwal adopts an integrative and strengths-based approach, drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, ERP, and motivational enhancement therapy (MET).

A firm advocate for destigmatizing mental health, she emphasizes holistic care that values the mind–body connection. Beyond her clinical work, she conducts workshops and training programs for schools, corporates, and mental health professionals on emotional resilience, stress management, and workplace well-being—promoting greater mental health literacy across diverse spaces.

Ms. Mansi More

Couple's Therapist

Ms. Mansi More is a Couple Therapist and mental health professional with over six years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. She draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Gottman Couple Therapy, Emotion-Focused Couple Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Marital Therapy, to help partners strengthen their bond, navigate conflicts, and foster understanding with compassion and clarity.

Ms. Mansi’s approach goes beyond surface-level solutions. She works with clients to uncover and address the deeper roots of their struggles, helping them reconnect with their inner strength, self-worth, and emotional resilience within their relationships. Her work focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where partners feel heard, validated, and guided toward meaningful change.

Whether supporting couples through communication challenges, emotional disconnection, or life transitions, Ms. Mansi emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and practical strategies alongside emotional insight. Ms. Pragya Agrawal

RCI Licensed Psychologist

Ms. Pragya Agarwal is an RCI-licensed Psychologist who views therapy as a safe and nurturing space—one where individuals are invited to show up with honesty and vulnerability, exactly as they are. With over 1,200 hours of clinical experience, she has supported a diverse range of clients navigating anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and the many uncertainties and transitions life can bring.

At the heart of Ms. Pragya’s practice is a person-centered approach rooted in empathy, non-judgment, and genuine human connection. She creates a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, thoughts, and emotions at a pace that feels right for them. Alongside this relational foundation, she draws on evidence-based tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy and integrates culturally sensitive practices to honor each client’s background and lived reality.

Ms. Aastha Khera

RCI Licensed Psychologist

Ms. Aastha Khera (she/her) is a therapist dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where healing can take root. She works with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, self-worth, and interpersonal concerns.

Ms. Aastha’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in a deep respect for the unique social, cultural, and personal contexts that shape each individual’s experience. She views therapy as a space not only for coping, but for reconnecting with one’s inner world, understanding emotional patterns, and making meaning of personal experiences in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Counselling Psychologist 

Ms. Shruti Gupta is a Counselling Psychologist who takes an integrative approach to therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused strategies within a safe, person-centered space. She creates an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences without judgment.

Each session with Ms. Shruti is thoughtfully tailored to the individual’s needs, allowing clients to work at their own pace while building clarity, deepening self-awareness, and fostering meaningful personal growth. RCI Licensed Psychologist

Vedika Pathania is a Rehabilitation Psychologist passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her work is rooted in a person-centered and strengths-based approach, combining CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and existential techniques through a culturally sensitive and queer-affirmative lens. Vedika has experience supporting clients through challenges like stress, perfectionism, body image concerns, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, reflect, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. Beyond her clinical work, Vedika is involved in research on the psychosocial experiences of women with PCOS and advocates for holistic, multidisciplinary approaches to care. She aims to make mental health support accessible and empowering, helping clients build resilience, self-acceptance, and a life that feels authentic to them.

Ms. Harshita Naithani

Operations Executive

Ms. Harshita Naithani is the Operations Executive at ReRoute, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization’s day-to-day operations. She manages administrative tasks, coordinates internal processes, and oversees logistical aspects that keep the team connected and the workplace efficient. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, Ms. Harshita ensures that operations run seamlessly, allowing the clinical and therapeutic staff to focus fully on their work with clients.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Ms. Harshita is known for her proactive approach and problem-solving abilities. She takes initiative to streamline processes, manage schedules, and facilitate effective communication across the team, contributing to a professional, well-structured, and supportive work environment.

Her role also extends to supporting project planning, coordinating workshops, and assisting with operational aspects of training programs and events, ensuring that all logistical and administrative elements are handled efficiently.

Ms. Harshita’s dedication, reliability, and attention to detail make her an indispensable part of the ReRoute team. By managing the operational backbone of the organization, she enables a seamless and well-organized space where therapists and clients alike can thrive.

Moolchand Ji is the embodiment of calm, cryptic wisdom. With a stare that pierces souls and naps that last lifetimes, he helps clients sit with discomfort, boredom, and the unknown. He believes healing starts when you stop trying to impress anyone — including your therapist.

Mr. Toffee

Toffee believes in healing through hugs, chaos, and occasional barking at absolutely nothing. A natural empath, he senses emotional shifts faster than most humans sense coffee cravings. Whether it’s bounding into a Zoom call or dramatically sighing during deep discussions, Toffee brings joy, spontaneity, and an unshakeable belief that every problem is smaller after a walk.

  • Bark-based emotional release

  • Tail-chasing as a metaphor for intrusive thoughts

  • Cuddle therapy with optional face-licks

 

Therapeutic Style: Attachment-focused with a minor in food-seeking behavior.
