FAQs
Q: Who is this course meant for?
This course is designed for individuals who have completed their Master’s in Psychology and wish to move from theoretical understanding to real, practice-based therapeutic work.
It’s ideal for those who value depth, supervision, and reflective learning over purely academic instruction.

Q: Can I apply if I have just finished my Master’s degree and have no clinical experience?
Yes. The program is structured to meet you where you are. You don’t need prior client experience, the training, mock sessions, and supervision are designed to help you build those foundations safely and gradually.

Q: What does “integrative” mean in this context?“Integrative” refers to the way we draw upon multiple therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Existential frameworks, within a process-focused and relational lens. Instead of following a single school of thought, we help you understand when and how to draw from each, based on the client, the process, and your own therapeutic presence.

Q: Is this a fully online or hybrid program?
The course is conducted online, with live, interactive sessions. However, the process is highly experiential, involving mock sessions, demonstrations, group reflections, and supervision, so active participation is key.

Q: How many participants are there in one cohort?
Each cohort has only 10 participants, ensuring that every trainee receives individualized attention, detailed feedback, and close supervision.

Q: What happens in Phase 1 and Phase 2?
-
Phase 1 (2.5 months) focuses on theory, demonstrations, and mock practice.
-
Phase 2 (7.5 months) focuses on real client work under supervision, reflective writing, and peer co-supervision.
You can complete only Phase 1 if you wish, though most participants continue into Phase 2 for practical experience.
Q: How is the evaluation done?
At the end of Phase 1, trainees undergo a demonstrative, skill-based evaluation. This helps assess not just conceptual understanding but also presence, empathy, and reflective capacity. Only those who clear this evaluation progress to client work in Phase 2.

Q: Does this certification allow me to practice independently?
No. This is a professional, skill-based training, not a license to practice independently. It enhances your readiness for supervised counselling roles, internships, and therapeutic work settings that value reflective, process-based training.
Q:Are there any scholarships or fee waivers?
At present, we are unable to offer scholarships. However, the program is intentionally priced to remain accessible and affordable, with both phases offered at a total of ₹12,000.

Q: Will I receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR)?
Yes, Letters of Recommendation can be provided on request. They are based on your commitment, participation, and performance throughout the course.

Q: What kind of time commitment is expected?
During Phase 1, you can expect around 6–8 hours per week, including sessions and reflective work. Phase 2 varies based on supervision and client work but typically requires 6–10 hours per week, depending on the cases you take on.
Q:What happens if I can’t continue mid-way?
We understand that circumstances change. While fees are non-refundable, you may choose to withdraw after completing Phase 1. However, we encourage open communication so that transitions can be handled thoughtfully.
Q: How do I apply?
Simply fill out the Application Form linked below. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a week.
If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for a 20-minute meeting with Ms. Kanchan, not an interview, but a reflective conversation to explore alignment with the program.
